AppleSearch is an executive search company founded in Bucharest, in 2000 by Englishman Paul Wood, with the aim of providing international companies present in Romania with the best candidates and the best standard of service.

Ondina Petrescu

He has been working in executive search in Romania since 1998 and set up Apple Search Selection in January 2000. He read History and Law at Queens’ College, Cambridge and holds Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law, London. He worked as a civil servant in the Lord Chancellor’s Department and as a political risks insurance broker in Lloyds’ of London before becoming a headhunter. In Bucharest he was Senior Consultant for Antal International before starting Apple.

Specialties: Sourcing senior and middle managers for international and local companies on the Romanian market since 2000, market leader in legal and financial recruitment.

Ondina has 20+ years’ experience as an HR Consultant with AppleSearch and she is specialized in financial and legal recruitment. She manages projects and has worked on some tough assignments for leading financial services companies.

Ondina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in HR Management.
